The Rama Life
About

Nalini & Natu
It was a chance encounter, not even between mum and dad, but between dad and mum's dad, that was the kicking off point to their marriage in December 1974.
A long journey, for mum, across many lines of latitude to antipodean NZ, where the cold was present more than people on a Sunday. It was dad learning, slowly, to not operate as a one-man band. Love is a late bloomer in arranged marriages but through trials and tribulations, accommodations and compromise, children and grandchildren, businesses and community involvement, their love and companionship has grown. None of what they have is taken for granted as they know maintaining relationships is effort and time. And together they have knitted a community of friends and family, that show love, give love, give purpose and meaning and make mum and dad happy. - Nim
